Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Lift.

Most Lash Lift appointments take 45–60 minutes, including a brief consultation and preparation. Depending on whether you add a lash tint, your visit may be slightly longer. Your technician will tailor timing to your lash length and desired lift.

When performed by experienced technicians using professional products, a Lash Lift should not damage lashes. Minimal risk exists if aftercare instructions aren't followed. Avoid oil-based products, rubbing, or wetting lashes for 24–48 hours to protect the lift and maintain lash health.

Most clients enjoy a noticeable lift for six to eight weeks, aligning with the natural lash growth cycle. Results vary by hair growth, care, and lifestyle. We recommend touch-ups every six to eight weeks to maintain consistent lift and fullness.

Avoid mascara for the first 24–48 hours to protect the setting process. After that, you can use water-based mascaras sparingly for extra definition. Use gentle formulas and avoid waterproof mascaras that require heavy removal and can weaken the lift.

Lash Lifts suit most clients seeking low-maintenance enhancement, especially those with straight or downward-pointing lashes. Not recommended during active eye infections, recent eye surgery, or certain allergies. If unsure, book a consultation so we can assess your lashes and recommend the best option.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and remove contact lenses beforehand. Avoid oil-based eye products 24–48 hours prior and postpone if you've recently had lash extensions; allow natural lashes to regrow for two to four weeks. Mention allergies or eye treatments during check-in.
