Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about SUGARING Brazilian.

Avoid exfoliating 24–48 hours before your appointment, arrive clean and lotion-free, and keep hair about 1/4 inch long. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early for consultation and any adjustments to ensure your comfort.

Most clients experience only mild discomfort because sugar paste adheres to the hair, not the skin. Our trained technicians use gentle technique and temperature control to minimize pain and protect sensitive areas.

Results usually last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth. With consistent sugaring treatments, hair often grows back finer and more sparse, allowing longer intervals between sessions.

Sugaring is generally safe during pregnancy, but sensitivity can increase. Inform us when booking so we can adapt techniques. Always consult your healthcare provider for any medical concerns before scheduling treatments.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, tanning and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours. Use gentle cleansers and light moisturizers; exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if irritation persists.

Sugaring reduces ingrown hairs by removing hair in the natural growth direction. For existing ingrowns we offer gentle exfoliation and follow-up care. Regular treatments and proper aftercare significantly lower recurrence.
