Most clients enjoy smooth results for about three to six weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. Hair type, hormones, and aftercare affect regrowth speed. Regular appointments can lengthen time between waxes as hair grows back finer.

Discomfort varies—first-time clients often feel mild to moderate stinging. Our estheticians use quick, efficient techniques, soothing products, and calming breathing tips to reduce pain. Communicate your comfort level and we’ll adjust pressure and speed for a gentler experience.

Exfoliate gently a day or two before and ensure hair is about a quarter inch long for best results. Avoid tanning, heavy creams, or retinoids beforehand. Arrive clean and avoid waxing if your skin is sunburned or recently irritated.

Aftercare is important: avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Apply a cool compress or aloe to soothe skin, wear breathable fabrics, and gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.

Aim for about a quarter inch (roughly six millimeters) of hair length so the wax can grip properly. If hair is longer, we’ll trim it for you; if too short, you may need to wait a few weeks for regrowth.

Brazilian waxing is generally safe during pregnancy, but sensitivity and discomfort can increase. Many clients wait until after the first trimester and choose experienced estheticians. Consult your healthcare provider if you have complications, or consider gentle trimming as an alternative.
